hey! i get that this is hard for you and you feel anxious but use this opportunity to work on your ocd. whenever you think about that guy in an explicit or non explicit way say in your head “maybe i want this guy, maybe i don’t, i’m going to step into the uncertainty”. i find that it’s better than being anxious for hours about the situation and it’s also the best way to combat OCD. hope this helped <3
