That’s a checking compulsion- the more you reply scenarios, the worst it will get and the more it will grow. You’re digging yourself into an OCD hole. Say “maybe I am, maybe I’m not.” Your OCD will get super pissed, but it will eventually dissipate.
but can it get to the point where i feel like i want it but it doesn't really make me anxious, i just dimiss it?
