Hey I was at this point once and sometimes I’m still am, it does get better it just takes time, I advise to get therapy because it will come back. This sounds like ocd because it makes you think you are denial also ocd makes it so hard to tell apart what’s the truth and what isn’t
But I think I can tell what the truth is
