Oh yeah it’s incredibly annoying. Sounds like you have really really bad anxiety. One thing that helps me is just saying maybe and be okay with all of it. That’s the hardest part. One thing that really keeps me motivated is that that term “what if” has so much power in causing anxiety so what if I used it to motivate me like “what if I can get through that wedding, what if I can do this, what if I can pull all of this off” how proud and good you would feel in yourself
Smart idea to turn around the what if's, gonna try this!
I used to have anxiety and in the process of overcoming it, it would show up at times but there were longer intervals between the times when it would show up until it didn't anymore. It can be frustrating but remember that it doesn't take away from your progress, it's just part of it. Whatever happens later on, you can handle it, there's no need to worry.
