Anyone else have a really good and happy day with their bf/gf and then go.. is this fake happiness? Because my significant other is my best friend does that mean I only feel platonic towards them? Could in such deep denial of my true sexuality and/or romantic fulfillment that I think I’m happy when I’m not? I hate OCD

Worst is when you start acting out sexual situations in your head to check. Or when you see a woman who is attractive and your heart stops and you’re like omg. It’s like everything makes you scared

Yep, same here. I can have a great day with my husband and then have days where my brain is screaming that I’m gay at me, that I don’t even love him, and I need to divorce him which is absolutely awful and upsetting.
