Social media can be a tricky and triggering world for OCD. Have you tried not doing this hand gesture when you see this post/think about it? It might be a good exposure to try to look at that trend, feel the urge to try to check yourself, and then not do it. Just continue with your day as though you never had that doubt, as though you never had that thought. In fact, you could always try to lean into the uncertainty and welcome it in, which is a great way to beat OCD at its own game. Bring it on, So-OCD - you got me last time but this next one is mine - I'm not giving into THAT tiktok trend compulsion anymore.
