i’ve been ruminating a lot think about my gf’s sexual past. I feel kind of trapped thinking about it and fixating on it. I don’t know why I’m doing it. What am I afraid of?

also i’ve been kind of upset about a survey i made that kinda sucked. at one point i was even afraid that it was responsible for someone’s suicide.
