Just remember OCD thoughts are ego dystonic. Thats just a fancy way of saying they conflict with your morals, values and character. I have harm OCD too, so I know how scary it can be. Also remember there is a huge difference between an intrusive thought and genuine intention. OCD wants us to think that the intrusive thought is an indication of intention. But its not. Do you have a therapist that understands OCD and specializes in ERP?
