I totally understand how difficult it is. I have very disturbing intrusive thoughts all day. They scare me sometimes. You are not alone.
You’re not alone. I also have harm ocd and even on my good days, I can still feel the intrusive thoughts trying to ruin my day. It’s hard to make people understand who have not experienced it. I’m so grateful to have this community to talk to others who are experiencing the same things
I’m sorry I know how hard it is. I’ve accepted that my ocd will probably never go away. It’s part of who I am and I’ll probably always have an instructive thought here or there. Sometimes it may bother me a lot and other times it may just pop in and out. This period your experiencing will pass eventually.
