omg this is how i am feeling right now!!!! like what is real what is ocd?! but like if it’s making you super anxious and upset it’s definitely ocd, not you!!!

It’s just so like hard and frustrating cause it feels so real and it’s so like conflicting in my head like I just wanna put my brain on mute for a day sometimes

how do you usually cope with these conflicting thots? what are these thots telling you if you don’t me asking? i am feeling the same way rn by the way i don’t know what real what’s fake i just try to remind myself it’s ocd not me.

Honestly I don’t know how I’m still pretty new and sometimes the thoughts just kick my ass which they’re doing rn honestly I usually just let myself cry and they still stay but I feel like at some points they’re less loud I try and tell myself when I feel ocd coming like I’m like” oh there’s ocd again it’s trynna mess with me but it’s not real” like I try and shit talk it kinda to make it feel smaller if that makes any sense

I have really bed harming intrusive thoughts and sometimes feels like it’s feeling! The thoughts happening every day and the hardest part is that I’m testing my self in head all the time if that’s what I am or want!!! Also, so many times feels like I’m been tricking myself and doctor or people and maybe I don’t have OCD, just that maybe it’s me really!!!! How can I know who I am really 🥹???!!??

With ocd can the thoughts themselves feel entirely true???? Or is it just the narrative around the thought that feels true/real?

Does anyone else’s OCD convince them that bad thoughts are not actually that bad…. Like I know they are so why do I feel like they arent😭😭
