Constantly checking to see how I'm feeling.
I have OCD in a lot of ways, but the one I get most stuck on is checking to see if I've had a thought or how I'm feeling. There's literally no theme just "hey you just had a thought". Over time I start checking more and more how I'm doing and become obsessed with if I'm improving or not. Drives me nuts.
