Honestly you being able to post on here is an accomplishment within itself. Make a small goal like brushing your teeth or taking a shower a doing a house chore. You could walk outside for a couple of minutes. I know dehilbilitating it can be. Praying for you🙏🏾 and if you don’t want to do anything that’s ok too
I used to feel the exact same way. Experiencing a panic attack is very hard. It made daily tasks like getting out of bed or going outside extremely difficult. You will get through this. Just know panic attacks come and go. They are temporary and most importantly, not harmful. Sending love.
Panic attacks are awful to experience. What I always say to people is that feelings catch up to behaviors- what I mean by this is that the more you get out of bed and live life- the less the feelings of panic or depression will be there- it is like behavior activation. So even though you may feel like avoiding places where you may have a panic attack you want to go there and allow whatever happens to happen- the more you avoid, the more the fear builds.
