PHYSICAL COMPULSIONS URGENT
My thoughts generally spoke some sort of anxiety than I give into a physical compulsion, reassurance seeking act I have so much fear tied to not moving my head a certain way or, walking with good posture, moving my feet, anxiety travelling through my back which leads to tension all over my body I notice, when I let go of the thought of whatever I’m obsessing about, the tension and pain goes away, but it’s hard to get out of that constant mental state, I personally find How do I break this cycle, when I get a compulsion, anxiety spike, what should I do?
