Small reprieves give hope
I’d been crying and hyperventilating for the past 3 days over my intrusive thoughts but woke up today feeling more in control. I actually went out with some friends and saw some live music! I felt completely normal, albeit very tired. I’m in bed now with a bit of anxiety about my ability to get some good sleep tonight. But I’m feeling very grateful for these reprieves💗
