wait but i love this
i started accepting uncertainty and felt better, had a weird intrusive thought today and started fighting it but i saw this and i’m gonna accept it for what it is. a thought and nothing more it gave me sm anxiety and i even started crying a bit but i’ll accept it as a thought nothing else.
I’m crying, I’ve been struggling with pocd these past two months and it’s been living hell, I’ve gotten better but I still cry everyday and feel very guilty and disgusted with myself.
