“Bossy” voice in your head

does anybody else have that constant voice in your head. If you do you understand what I’m saying. It’s like when I do an action and a voice my head is like “you did that wrong you need to do it again.” Or if I’m talking, a voice, my head be like “why would you say that don’t say that say that again why would you say that”, it’s just like a little voice in the back of my head constantly nitpicking everything. I feel crazy, so I hope someone else relates.
