What I do right before I'm supposed to sleep
I need to count how many breaths I take, and start trying to fall asleep at exactly the right time, otherwise I will stay up all night again.

I am sorry that you are going through this. Please remember that even if OCD says you have to do something that doesn't mean you need to do something- in fact, it likely means that you probably shouldn't do what it says to do. Because it is probably a compulsion. I know at the moment that the anxiety feels so real and so hard- but please know that it doesn't mean that the danger is real.
At times, my intrusive thoughts get so intense that all I can do is lay frozen in my bed and hope I fall asleep, and usually I do even if I'm not tired. My brain just wears me out and I wanna escape through sleep. (Sadly it doesn't work all the time)
Does anyone have tips on good sleep hygeine? What does everyone use to relax and wind down before bedtime?
I have pure ocd i think , i always gotta make sure i do certain things like tap things , light switches on n off , shut things few times and re open them till it feels right . Walk in a room go back out and back in out in in till my mind is right Its exhausting
