Debilitating Organization
I was recently diagnosed with OCD, and among other subtypes, I have perfectionism and “just right” OCD. Though my family and colleagues praise me for my level of organization, I find it to be absolutely debilitating. If I don’t write out every single sub-task, I don’t trust myself to remember or complete anything. I used Notion for a while, but I’m worried I take it to an extreme degree of compulsive organization for fear everything will fall apart if I don’t track or check every single thing in my life. Any tips?
