just me?
Does anyone feel like when theyre having intrusive thoughts, you become “numb”? Like the anxious feeling goes away but you still obsess and it makes it feel more real because the anxious feeling goes away. I often get scared and obsess more when my anxious feeling goes away when i have intrusive thoughts. I feel as though if i’m not having anxiety with my thoughts then they would be real?
