Is this ocd?
I think I have realised that my worries are real and they are true and legit to worry about but I think the part where OCD maybe comes into it is how I deal with this… I feel like the way I over obsess about worries is on a whole new amplified level to normal people, I also think the way I assume the worst and catastrophise is not healthy. Can this be OCD? I feel like lots of peoples problems on here are made up scenarios or assumptions that they don’t even know are true, whereas my worries stem from real things, not assumptions but I think the way my brain worries about it is not healthy and may be considered OCD. Is this possible?
