I had my first session in therapy last night, through NOCD. I really liked my therapist, I felt very heard and seen. I also got to talk therapy outside of NOCD, and would have to say that the connection that I made through this app for a therapist is much better. Now, I have not started ERP but I just felt like I could hear empathy, and the information that I was sharing about myself was sensitive and the therapist was anything but apathetic about it. I see a lot of really good reviews on therapists on this app, and I couldn’t agree more .
