Scared I’m not scared?
LOL, I think many of you know what I mean here. I’ve been trying to accept my thoughts and doing the “maybe, maybe not” technique and also labeling them as intrusive thoughts, along with reading a help book and it seems to have really calmed me down BUT now I’m scared that I’m not scared 😅 Any one relate?!
