Share your good days
My OCD was basically “gone” today and I forgot what life was like without it. So I wanted to share and see what you’ve noticed on low/no OCD days. I spent most of the day sleeping and then hiking with my dog (both fun and relaxing), I played my switch, I ate a lot of protein rich foods (hard for me to do usually), I helped out family with tech tasks, talked to two friends and texted my bf. My ROCD is still humming in the background “why isn’t he texting you more” “I bet he’s cheating on you” “do you even have enough in common work?!” But because it’s not scaring me, it just fades back again. I forgot how peaceful it can be when 90% of my brain isn’t fighting itself. How about you? Share your good days.
