How do you guys practice mindfulness?
How do you do so in your every day life, and do you have to remind yourself to? I find myself getting stuck in the cycle of feeling stuck about this annoying disorder, and worrying about everything it could affect down the road, or make life changes more difficult. Of course they aren’t happening /now/. I notice some progress, and when I feel good, I feel good, except the times I begins to worry about feeling bad and how long it will last. I definitely need to practice mindfulness a bit more, and learn how to be more present, and not get swept away
