Recovery?
When can you tell you’re in recovery? I mean, how does it feel like? It’s been a while since I got better thanks to meditation, mindfulness and a new therapist from the brief strategic therapy whose hints really helped my intrusive thoughts losing power. I still get intrusive thoughts / images but I can handle it most often, and they seem to arise less during the day. I’m afraid I’ll go into a new crisis soon bc it just feels too good to be true, or maybe it’s not recovery yet.. I don’t know.
