live a better life
I want to beat ocd because it is effecting my everyday and in every task I do I t’s something that has effected me for a long time and i just want to be normal I could be walking with friends and they’ll be something in the corner of my eye and I try to ignore it but it’s the only thing that stays on my mind I’ll start getting jitters and then the thoughts will come saying something bass gonna happen if you don’t touch it or if I touch something it has to be in even number even with work I have to have equal amounts of words on each line and when I’m walking I’m always walking weirdly die to me touching stuff recently it’s been switches I have to switch something an equal amount of times or I think someone will die it seems stupid and I try to ignore it but I can’t I just want it to stop
