it is so hard
sometimes it’s so hard when everything just becomes so overwhelming like when I see something and it doesn’t look right and I try to ignore it and I’ll get pains and this unsettling feeling if I don’t touch it or make it right it’s so hard to just ignore it does anyone have any anything that could take my mind of it because even when I’m just walking it takes double the time because I have routines and stuff I need to touch I know I need to break out of them but it’s hard
