can someone please help me and tell me it’s going to be okay my mind randomly thought of this doll and started saying i’m gonna get cursed by it and it’s a thought that keeps repeating in my head i’m literally awake in the middle of the ngnt i’m gonna start sobbing ughh please
You are okay. You might not feel like it right now but you are okay, you are safe. Don’t let your intrusive thoughts get to you okay? Cozy up with your blankets and watch a nice light hearted show :)

@FinneganFox90 Yes i would love advice.What happened was that I was reading a book and not really having any intrusive thoughts but i stopped reading and took a break and was thinking about a lot of different things.Then I randomly remembered a youtube video about a haunted doll that if u look at her u will feel weird, i didn’t even watch the whole video but basically i keep getting the intrusive thought “(doll name) is gonna curse you” or “curse you and your entire family” and i can’t sleep anymore 😞

The thoughts really scare me and that causes me to freak out but i’m really going to try my best to move on because I also get physical symptoms from anxiety.I also feel embarrassed/scared to tell my therapist about this so I’ll see if i can do it on this app
I feel like I’m crazy like I’m so unstable that I don’t deserve anything good in life. That I don’t deserve my bf because I’m too emotional and unwell that he deserves someone who is better than me and who can control their thoughts. I can’t control myself. I’m scared I’ll lose complete control and hurt myself. I’m scared these thoughts will never go away(I know they will) but they won’t leave. I will feel better for 20 mins and then I actually start crying uncontrollably. It’s 1am and I actually cannot help myself I have no idea what to do I just feel so crazy and hopeless. I want someone to hug me and tell me I’ll be okay but no one is with me. I’m alone in a dark room with my orange cat. My bf is in another city rn and I’m having intrusive thoughts about him too. I wish he was here but he’s not coming back until next weekend omg :(
I keep on getting restive thoughts based on curses and stuff. I keep on closing my eyes and get this one feeling that if I open I get bad luck or smth and I must pray to get it away. It feels so close idk how to explain. I’ve used holy water and it feels better but isk
i’m having a full on panic attack, i never used to be like this, what tf is happening to me, why am i like this, i’m so convinced i’m a horrible person and i deserve to be shut out forever because of my thoughts, i’m tired of struggling with harm ocd, i’m scared that because i have mental health issues i’m gonna end up ki!!ing someone someday or end up on the news, when i was at work earlier i kept thinking “how easy would it be to ki!! someone and get away with it” someone help, i don’t feel normal, am i crazy?… 😭😭i know that with ocd you’re not supposed to have reassurance and you have to be “okay” with the situation but.. how am i supposed to be okay with feeling like i could hurt someone…
