Sometimes I feel like I see things out of the corner of my eye that's not actually there. Like when I'm driving I'll think a mailbox is actually a person or similar things like that. Now I'm thinking I'm schizophrenic because this happens a lot. I'm only 21 and I'm freaking my self out.
I'm 24 & experience these same things. I have to take a "double look" to make sure I seen something right. đ
haha yes about a year ago I've been in a simmilar situation. I thought every shadow, noise, every movement was a hallucinatation and I was convinced I had schizoprenia. Now I still catch things in the corner of my eye but as soon as you learn to not give a fuck your life will turn around for the better. Remember not to lean on your own understanding. If you're not walking with Jesus yet I suggest you look into it and have a leap of faith. Basically let go :)
@ocdnomoree I just wanted to add on to this. I went into a complete mental breakdown a couple weeks ago almost turned my self in to the psych ward. I was convinced I had schizophrenia, CONVINCED. And that fear almost ruined my life. Until I decided to open up my heart to god. I am a testimony that he is real and he is powerful. I still get thoughts âwhat if I amâ but they no longer consume me or run my life.
i get this too and often stress that i have schizophrenia so i understand how scary it can be, but youâre not at all crazy

you arenât crazy!! itâs normal to think you see things that arenât actually there or are something different than what they actually are in your peripheral, itâs likely that your ocd is just making you hyper aware of it

Anyone else afraid theyâre schizophrenic?? I am legit scared that everyone I see if you to put like a tracker in my car or stalk me even though I know not everyone will do that and itâs scarying me?
Does anyone else that suffers with schizophrenia ocd ever fear that they see things? I was on the computer and thought I saw an image of the devil pop up on the side of my laptop and started freaking out that I saw an image. I know that the image wasnât real but Iâm still freaking out because itâs making me think the schizophrenia is real
So basically, I'm afraid of having schizophrenia or becoming possessed (I'm religious). And I have been noticing I'm really paranoid lately and almost believing delusions or what ifs in my mind. Obviously I know they are crazy, but my mind keeps doubting it. That's what scares me the most if I listen to it one day and go crazy.
