Reporting to the police

Hi, I would recommend speaking with an ocd specialist before anything. They will advise if you have to report yourself for the crime you may have committed.

If you don’t exactly know what happened don’t go to the worst possible place, if r*pe isn’t something you would do sober it’s highly unlikely you did it drunk.

If you have female underwear in your basket were would it if come from place them in a bag without washing them. Then check the local news for attack on women or even ask you local police station if they say yes and you think you may have done it hand in the underwear if the dna matches you know. Ocd can play tricks with the mind and it could just be your worst fear of doing something like that but if you have ocd isn't a excuse not to go to the police especially if you have female underwear that you don't know who's it is. Most women you have a night with usually go home in their underwear

If its your underwear you get 5 elections a night so some fluid in your underwear would be natural to put your mind at rest check the local news no report then I highly doubt you have done anything and your having intrusive thoughts about a subject that goes against your morals

Maybe a bit of a controversial opinion but I don’t think you should be taking advice off of people on here about whether or not you should be going to the police. So much can be misinterpreted online and we don’t personally know you or your situation. You need to see a trained professional OCD therapist. We don’t know the ins and outs of your false memory, please just seek help of a therapist first before you do anything.
