SOOCD worse when I’m sick

I’m under a lot of stress right now between getting sick , getting my period , moving to a new apartment , and going on vacation next week. I feel like it’s made me distant and my partner focused OCD has gotten so much worse along with ROCD and SOOCD. I feel like I’ve been so hypercritical of my boyfriend and feeling nothing towards him and that stresses me out because last week when I was clear and my OCD had calmed down I felt so lovey dovey towards him. Now I just feel like a menace so I’m wondering if this happens to anyone else?

A couple hours ago I started having a fever, my body can’t stop shivering and my fingertips are numb. I took medicine for it, but my ocd is off the rails right now I can’t control my emotions. It’s just a fever, everyone gets them, but I can’t stop crying bc my ocd is making my life flash before my eyes. It’s so dramatic and I hate it. I hate how this happens every time I get particularly ill, my ocd makes it ten times worse and makes me feel like I’m dying. I’ve been panicking for an hour and just trying to distract myself with social media while the medicine kicks in. I wish my mom was here.

Hi! (first post lol) wondering if there is anyone else here that also deals with medical/ health concern type of OCD with also having chronic and sometimes scary health issues? if so, any advice on how you might help yourself through a OCD flare up and fears over symptoms and unknowns? (But mostly it would be great just to know that I’m not alone in this <3)
