OCD personality theme?

Hi everyone I have a question regarding to OCD. So is there an OCD theme related to personality? I've been diagnosed with OCD and im currently recovering from it. Recently im beginning to notice something. I realized that now im starting to get unwanted thoughts that attacks my personality. An example is how ill get thoughts of how I "dont like" a certain hobby or interest. Or that im just "faking" it or that im losing interest in it. I did once tried do compulsion by listening to one of my favorite genres of music as a "check" but I noticed it and stopped myself from doing that compulsion. Obviously it does bother me but since I already have the tools on how to handle my OCD thoughts it doesn't bother me as much compared to my experience in HOCD and POCD. To be honest after some thought while typing this post most likely it is my OCD messing with me lol.

hey there ! OCD “themes” are just ways of categorizing experience. an infinite amount of themes/obsessions/compulsions can exist and even within subtypes the experiences can vary greatly. You are not alone !!

I'm not sure about a category, but I definitely feel like this!! I'll feel the need to compulsively "prove" that I'm interested in the thing, like "yes I do enjoy this band, listen while I sing every lyric to their least common song" or "no no I promise I'm not lying about being interested in this hobby you don't care about, let me list a million facts while we're both uncomfortable to prove it" 😅😅😅

Is it true that OCD latches onto thing you value most? My themes are: pure OCD, POCD, and real event. If those are my themes, what does that mean about what I value?

Subtypes

Hi guys! I believe I have an OCD since I was around 12. I remember then I had a lot of intrusive thoughts about religious things and I had a counting compulsion (I thought that If I don't count to 8 in specific moments, someone gets hurt) During later years it was really changing - I stopped being religious, so the OCD theme also stopped. Then I had I reckon SOCD, harm OCD and many others. But for know my main topic is ROCD. But because of the fact that this is my main intrusive thoughts topic I start to have this awful thoughts that this is not OCD, I'm just with the wrong person and I need to accept this fact. This is really struggling for me, because i really love my bf and Im in the healthy realtionship but Im so tired of having this kind of thoughts, sometimes I cannot sleep because of them. Also the fact that I've never been diagnosed (I cannot go on theraphy right now unfortunately) is another trigger because I have thoughts that I dont really have OCD, I just making this up, because I cannot accept the truth. Is there someone with similar experiance? Or maybe someone who can have advice for me?

Do I have OCD or is it real? OCD with taboo themes

Recently I have been struggling with sexual themed OCD and my main concern is that I can't help but thinking of real life situations, sexual thoughts, and feeling like I would enjoy it in real life (pocd, etc). I even have dreams in which I enjoy these sexual situations. I even feel like I like to think of these thoughts to test myself. I feel really disgusting and lost... Is is OCD or real attraction? Does it happen to anyone else? Would anyone have advice for me? Thank you so much and good luck 🫂
