Just show her extra love today before you go. My cat I think can literally feel when I’m not in a good place and always is all over me when I’m having a moment and I’m also guilty of pushing her away. Abusers don’t see an issue with what they do to people or animals, you’re aware you made a mistake! OCD directly attacks your values, by the way you’re reacting and how much it bothers you that you feel like you “abused” your animal shows me that you are not that type of person.

@lbwocd I know I just feel so bad:( she’s so tiny and kinda went fast out the door when I pushed her with my foot. I basically did like what u do if something is heavy on the floor and u use ur foot to move it. I held her and cried for like 5 minutes she looked like wtf is going on lol but I feel so bad

I kinda experienced the same thing. I pushed my dog to hard when I was walking her because she kept on pulling on me just to bark at a dog. She wimperes and I couldn’t stop thinking about that for a month or two

@DetectiveBeson i feel so terrible :( she seems fine obviously i just feel as though i betrayed her and hurt her
