empty inside
no one understands me. i wish i had a popular mental illness instead like annorexia or some shit. im only 15 and i have big dreams but my harm ocd/pocd has sucked all the innocence out of me and robbed me of my childhood. im so numb yet in so much pain.
16 and it’s the same for me with the same theme. I don’t feel like a kid.
The mind is a powerful force. Can make feel bliss and agony all at once. To give you great memories and tormenting regrets. Beautiful dreams and horrible nightmares. However, it’s all in your head. Your mind is not who you are in the inside. I can sympathize with what you’re going through because I suffer through similar things. And when I could say is it is manageable, it can be overcome because everybody on this app has one point overcome it. You’re not alone in this world and just know that you are strong enough to handle this.
I have dealt with feeling deeply misunderstood and isolated. I am now 20 and when I look back at my childhood I do feel in a way that it was taken away from me from my anxiety etc. I hear your cry to be understood and supported during these overwhelming emotional and mental challenges and know you always have a place here❤️ I understand the wanting to have another mental illness but I have experienced it in the opposite way. I have anorexia nervosa and I have thought I wish I had a “worst” mental illness because of things like people saying it is common, it feels belittling when this disease is not common and it’s very dangerous. I know you probably meant it loosely but as someone who was hospitalized for having anorexia please do not phrase it like that. It is not as understood as you think, and I was “judged” a very good amount for dealing with anorexia. It was the most difficult thing I have ever been through and comments like this belittle this dangerous mental illness. I understand you probably did not mean it in this way and I’m not saying this to make you feel upset or anything like that ❤️ Just a little reminder ❤️

Ocd makes me feel so lonely. I crave for intimacy and being understood and cared for so much but it's like I'll never have any of these. I just overthink over stuff that makes me feel like crap, and I can't get them out of my mind. I'm set to lead a miserable life, stuck with my broken mind. This is no way to live.
I want to be normal.. i dont want to have arguments with my mind.. i want to be a normal 12 year old.. i found out that i first started showing signs like 5 years ago maybe more but why does everyone else look so normal and act so normal and i dont? What did i do? Why do i deserve this? I just want to meet my friends and act normal ive planned when im older for me and my friend to get a tatoo and have late night drives and go to starbucks snd get nails done but that'll never happen you see people on instagram and they do all of these things but i wont be normal enough to do things like that and i really want ocd to go away im suck of crying all the time and not being able to tell people why i hate hate HATE IT god if there is one must have chose favourites
I don’t even know the wrong from the the right anymore I don’t even know how to talk to people without thinking that I offended them or spoke to them in a bad way I don’t even know what i became I don’t want what I became i just cry looking at my hands I cry looking at myself i feel pathetic I feel so desperate I was never this weak and now look at me not being able to control my own behaviors. What happened to the girl who always laughed and cared so much about herself the girl who loved nail polish and was so close to god in away no one imagined what happened to the girl who used to take full grades and be the smartest what happened to me. Isn’t it sad looking at myself with pity, helpless and full of doubt! I don’t deserve this. I know what’s I’m gonna say know sounds selfish but i do compare myself to others I wasn’t as bad as them so why me and not them! Why me !!... I’m loosing my mind I’m getting angry when I’m left alone I’m giving ocd the keys for the prison it made for me I’m letting it control me not that I want to but im not fighting back. Now im with no friends, with a family that doesn’t understand ocd, and a corrupted society that doesn’t value mental health. I’m so sad i feel like a baby rn but im actually so sad and lonely im conditioned now to believe that no one wants me, that im just a burden and need to be silent, not important and useless.... Idk even know what to say anymore
