Please continue to speak with your prescriber. And reach out to our member advocates if you cant come see me or another of our therapists. There absolutely is hope. My Grandmother told me that "Beautiful people are like a rose garden. You can admire their beauty but you dont have to pick them. " We can help you with the sensation and the compulsion cycle as well as the fear. The poster below me had great thoughts around this. Try looking at people without any judgement, or importance. And please take good care of yourself. You matter to a lot of us who want to help you realize that this is an OCD thought. You can break that thought.

Thank you, thank you so much! I don't have the money to pay a therapist. Medication alone is very expensive. I'll follow your advice. ❤️
