@Ilovevolleyball I was in a room filled with mi### once and looked around and had a thought about how I could ask them to do stuff I didn’t think much of it because it’s just a thought but I’m looking back at it and I’m just like only a p could think something like that

Its ok to let your emotions out, let everything out of your system you been holding in, Your thoughts are trying to scare you, just remember this, your thoughts doesn't define you it will feel like it's real, but in reality it's just OCD trying to scare you and anxiety also taking part of it too, ik you will get through this, it's gonna take time but ik you will get the help you need, God is there with you and he will help you get through this, he will guide you to the path he has set for you

You managed to control yourself and not follow your thoughts, OCD will try anything to make you have bad thoughts anywhere, sometimes at the wrong time, the wrong moment, it can also make you feel like you have a urge, but deep down in you, it may not seem like it but you have control, you are a good person and I know you will get through this, one idea to try to distract yourself from that is name five things around you, and keep saying those five things over and over again, another is think of five thing your grateful of, and also best friend for it, Erp

@Idontknow ocd literally makes it seem like you don’t have ocd but just remember a thought does not define who you are actions do
I’m scared I might become a r*pist I’m over here thinking at a time I saw a kid and I looked down at his pants like I keep thinking about what I did and it’s like I feel attracted and to me it felt like I gave him this predator look and he probably thinks I’m a P I just wonder how is this Pocd Because it feels like I want to do stuff like I don’t know I keep thinking about that situation
Im having weird scary pocd thoughts and i really hate them, i feel like theyre my own thoughts and im freaking out
The pocd thoughts are making me want to throw up. I feel like I should end it because i cant handle my brain being right
