20++++ I’m definitely a p I walked out of the kitchen and saw my brother wearing the leggings pijama pants and saw that he was wearing the long sleeve shirt and when I went into the room I went to change my pants because I spilled juice on it and didn’t want to attract bugs and I wanted to put the pants in the washing machine then it’s like I thought im going out there to see my brother wearing that long sleeve shirt with the tight pants I swear I felt like I was attracted….and when I went out I was looking at him for a moment looked away and then looked….this is definitely p because I even thought he looked good

You had some thoughts. They're going completely against your morals. We know because of this post. You don't actually like the information of these thoughts. It doesn't make you a pedophile. My suggestion is to have the thought but don't engage with it as much as you possibly can; you have to let it be. I struggled really bad with pocd. It's calmed down a whole heck of a lot. Some thoughts do come up. I really just try to let them be and most of all not reassure my brain the thought isn't true. (I hope this helps!)

I heard my therapist say something: sometimes OCD connects the simplest things to the story it has created. If I were in your place, I would have taken the thought “attractive” as something completely normal — just a compliment and an internal thought, nothing more. But because your OCD story revolves around that, it makes you connect it to it.

@Anonymous💓 I am really upset because I don’t think this is ocd anymore if I keep looking at kids because they’re good looking and I feel attracted it’s evidence I’m a p like I don’t know how to describe it but it literally feels like attraction…
