Yes i can relate to something. I have always admired womans appearance, but never considered dating them or being with a woman (nothing wrong with that, but i dont want to). And then i got hocd. I have always enjoyed sex with men, but i enjoy it more when i have a emotionally connection. I have a boyfriend, and i got rocd too, and now i feel nothing towards him and it fuels the hocd. I’m in the same boat, don’t give in to the ocd.

I struggle with ROCD as well. It’s why I’m single so often. The moment anyone walks into my life, I let myself be happy for maybe the first month or so before I start doubting everything. ://

If you don't mind me asking, how old are you now? I'm 21 and my hocd first started when I was 11 and stopped when I was 13. It came back this year. It started after the same question popped into my head.

I think it's often kind of downplayed how much women in general are attracted to men they find "aesthetically pleasing". It's normal. Both sexes are attracted to each other. If you go for personality more, it doesn't mean there's something wrong with you. Maybe there's a particular type of guy (from appearance) that you're more attracted to but don't see around so often?
