OCD sends these thoughts. Listen, ocd tried its best to break your trust for your partner. OCD wants that. You can’t let ocd win. You need to trust yourself and your partner. Don’t focus on the ocd. You know how he is, and you know yourself, you’ve been with him for so long, all you need to do is start trusting yourself. OCD is an intruder in your life, trust me the same thing happened to me ocd broke my life almost. You have to stop it from tearing you life. OCD just is an intruder, it’s your enemy, and wants to make everyone your enemy. Start ignoring those thoughts. I know, it’s so disturbing and difficult to ignore them. I know I know it is. But I got help from this app and the person who spoke to me told me to ignore the thoughts, because it’s not my fault the thoughts are coming in my mind. It’s hard, and that was what I thought that made me decide no I’m not ignoring. But then I had no choice left, I needed to ignore. I realized, it’s hard but it’s better to ignore, than to let my life tear apart. Build up trust and finish the thoughts. Trust is what builds up a relationship, it’s the rope that makes to people attached together. Start ignoring the thoughts, by doing something else. Doing something fun. I know it’s hard, but try. Please try for your boyfriend, try for yourself and your life. It’s not your fault your getting those thoughts, so why do u have to be sad. You know you know him, and if you trust him then you trust him. Spend some time with him, go out for dinner. Try to trust yourself. I know, everyone might have those thoughts when they have a boyfriend or girlfriend but it’s the trust that keeps you together. Trust him and yourself, then ocd can’t even tear you.Try to remove your focus and do other things.
