Keep fighting. Possibly going back to therapy might help set you back into the recovery process. Or maybe just a trip to the GP might provide the best path for you.

Every day is a different set of battles. Today I’m exhausted from the anxiety I’ve been experiencing over Christmas with regards to my pocd. So hard. I’m receiving therapy. Only scratched the surface at the moment. I’m hopeful it’ll help in the long run. Stay strong!!!

I’m so sorry. I would definitely try to go back to therapy, maybe just a few sessions to get you in the right mind set. Or maybe a medication change! Keep fighting you can do this!

I'm on 200mg now but I was told it's possible to hit the ceiling for amount, like they need to lower you to let the medicine work again. Last time I went to doc they put me down to 150. Symptoms seemed to worsen then get better. But now they're back again (and I started taking my 200 again) so I should prob go back to the 150 and stop playing pharmacist lol

Yes definitely go to your doctor and try to see if they recommend a different med or changing dosages, you can find a solution to feel better!

I’m also on Sertraline and Quetiapine to try to dampen the thoughts and feelings of depression. X

Thank you. I'm in contact with a possible new therapist which I'm looking forward to. I have a probably irrational fear of discussing my OCD symptoms with GPS, but it's certainly worth considering. I appreciate your words.

Thank you. It feels so good to have people be supportive instead of judging me or thinking I'm a pervert because of these thoughts. I agree about therapy and am waiting to hear back about an appt with psych. I will keep fighting

Welcome :) also what dosage of Zoloft? I just started zoloft and my therapist told me that ocd often need high dosages, looks like ocd dosage can go up to 200mg of Zoloft. Maybe you need an increase
