Hi! You are in good company in this community as we have many people who report this type of experience. I have yet to meet anyone with a "new" type of OCD that I haven't seen or witnessed before myself. You could engage in exposures like being around your partner, looking at pictures of your partner etc - just be sure to allow the uncomfortableness to be there without giving in to rituals. Ritual prevention is key. Putting yourself in these anxiety provoking situations, "poking the bear" so to speak when it comes to uncertainty, and then allowing those uncomfortable feelings to be there without you engaging or trying to get rid of them at all.
