Obsessing over heart rate
I’ve been extra anxious the last few days, I think because I’ve had some trouble sleeping and have been kind of busier than normal. I feel really overstimulated and ever since yesterday I’ve been hyper focused on my heart rate. Like I can feel it constantly, almost like it’s pounding even though it’s beating normally and not too fast or anything. Tips for overcoming focusing on this sensation? I need to stop obsessing over it :/ .
