How can I get out of the rabbit hole?
I am in a spiral now because I gave in to my compulsions that I was desperately trying hard this morning to not engage, but in the afternoon I gave into one obsession then as expected it was just one after another and another and another! I’m also at work too and although we do have a lot of downtime (which is why I ruminate during that), it took me almost 40 minutes at least to do the rituals and say the phrases and unblocking and blocking someone else from the past to feel that relief but then the guilt comes in because I might be cheating on or hurting my partner and also the urge to do it AGAIN because my phone did not screen record everything that I was doing! Ugh I cannot stop 😭
