Should I go back to continuing my spec screenplays? I’ve been doing OCD therapy since summer break. I’m aware that ERP takes time in order to get positive results but I don’t know. Maybe I should wait until I’m mentally well enough or something?

Idk. I would say keep going. I was told by my doctor that treatment for OCD is difficult because OCD is very resistant to therapy. But with consistency and time it truly does work.
