Medications or Therapy
What have you found most effective to treat OCD? Also any medication better than other? I’m worried about side effects?

Both is usual. Nothing wrong with doing both at the same time if that means recovering from OCD.

@Animallover-01 Like medicine? Depends on the person. Therapy is ERP.

@Nica Usually SSRI’s like Zoloft but it’s up to you if you wanna go that route
