im not really sure if this is my ocd or not, but i have an extremely hard time with confrontation, even if it’s said in a normal way. even if someone says “hey im not mad at you & i dont want to argue” beforehand , i get anxious, especially when it’s about something that could be “bad” . my anxiety goes to a 10 immediately and when that happens i interrupt or get defensive a lot more. i always make people irritated when that happens, which of course, they get angry and from me interrupting or getting defensive it turns into an arguement. i really don’t know what to do. i hate myself. im not going to but it really makes me want to hurt myself because i get the other person upset w me
