Rumination-Focused ERP
I’m curious if anyone else has heard of psychologist Michael Greenberg’s approach known as Rumination-Focused ERP or RF-ERP? Since listening to this podcast episode (OCD Stories is the best!) it’s made a huge difference in my experience of ruminations. I can really get clear on when they’re happening and how to disengage with them. His approach to ERP is a little different so I’m curious if anyone else has knowledge or experience with this.
