Perfect example
Hi right now I’ve just had a thought off does my mother need to look after my dog while I’m out with work on Friday with a horrible feeling in stomach and in my body now I want to be able to just not answer that thought and just let the thought fade into the back but whatever it is I suffer from won’t let me it’s saying worry about that decide on what you want to do about the dog on Friday accompanied with a feeling a dread , Now that is how most thought arise and I will either do two things I will think it through or I will put it in a list in my phone and go over it before bed , I hate being like this any help would be amazing Thanks
