Compassion/resisting discomfort
How do y’all be more compassionate to yourselves, or allow yourself to sit with the discomfort? I realize I will often run from the discomfort, only to amplify the meanings attached to them. This makes me extra hard on myself, and getting that, “stuck,” feeling thinking how long/hard of a process this may be.
