Does anyone else have fears that you have a secret mental disorder or mental illness and that everyone can tell you have it? Even though you don’t think you have anything wrong with you when you have moments of clarity?
i haven’t had this exactly, but I’ve struggled with feeling like everyone can see right through me- that can be hard im really sorry:( you got this🫶🏼

Sometimes i feel like im using ocd as an excuse. What if i dont really have it and im just freaking myself out? Does anyone feel this way
Does anyone else ever feel like they don’t feel “bad enough” to have OCD, or that they don’t feel “the right way” for it? Or like they’re just saying they have OCD as an excuse? Because i was so much better for like 3 weeks now and now im on my period and i started doubting again. So because of that im scared that i was feeling to good and that my fear is actually true.
Does anyone struggle with feeling like their ocd issues are not ocd enough compared to other peoples ocd? Is this an ocd thought itself lol
